Laziness is Disorder, Really?

Do you feel so lazy today? How long you have been stay in your bedroom without do anything? 😁

Maybe just scrolling YouTube and your Instagram feed.

Everytime we getting tired after bunch of activities, then the laziness is came to us. We planned to take long day to recovery our body and mood.

So, do you think “Laziness" is normal state or not?

Based on the context above, we are agree to say yes it normal, so normal.

But, how if we sudden be lazy without any reasons? Huh, it could be? Maybe.

If you have faced quarter life crisis phase, you will feel and understand. It happens and drive you be lazy without any obvious reasons.

Tonight, I want to ask you join to our small discussion.

I wrote this story to share more about Laziness. As for as I know, a lot of us have misperception about Laziness. Even, I have heard from my friend, Laziness is a disorder. I astonished, because that assumption is so serious for me.

So, I checked google to compare it. And I got more surprised thing. It says Laziness is relate to depression and it may reflect of self-esteem.

The explanation is when people fallen into laziness, they may feel more than lazy. They be loner and they start being lost their interests and the worst their lost their hopes.

And when someone getting lazy, he/she will be so weak and insensitive with the environment. Sometimes, even to talk to people he/she be so lazy and laziness can bring impact to our spirit state. Someone who often be lazy is potentially loss his/her spirit of many things.

Then, what are causes of Laziness?

As far as I collect from some researches, the main problems are:

  • Disharmony life
    When they lost their good connection with people and its environment caused fears of something then it bringing you to a low stage of your life. They often got conflict and their life be more complicated by many problems.
  • Procrastinating
    This maybe habit of anyone. A habit of delaying tasks. When we usual to delay tasks, it potentially makes us be lazier as soon as possible.
  • Stress or depression
    This is part of our serious topic and it may happen to anybody. Stress is a normal state in our life, when we got much pressures and we can’t handle it as well then automatically we getting stressed. Stress can causes laziness, because even to do something productive, to think to what you want to do is so stressful.
  • Bad environment or toxic circle
    Try to remember the last time you were in worst situation of your circles. Wether circle of friends, circle of school, family or your special relationship. When the problems came, such as you feel didn’t get any respects again from your circle then it hurts you slowly but you hide it for long time. This situation is so dangerous if you didn’t try to make good decision to perpetuate it and sometimes step out from that circle is better for your mental health.

So, back to highlight topic. Laziness is disorder, do you agree with it? Based on a little of explanation maybe your perception was changed? 😁

Even, you laziness isn’t terrible enough but if you let it happens and stays in yourself, it surely could be big problem in the future.

You can’t deal with society, you will be limited to interact with people and it affected to your career and your dreams.

And, indeed we have option when the laziness is come to us. We can deny it, ignore it and decided to do something else which can increase our productivity.

So, last but not least. Do you feel you are typical of lazy person? Then asks to yourself.
